TATCO Uganda Strategic Plan 2026-2028 Launch

To be strategic in what we hope to do for our communities in the next 3 years of community transformation and Development, TATCO Uganda carried out a process of a 3 year Strategic Planning and finally as a deliverable, we were able to come up with a guiding document (TATCO Uganda Strategic Plan 2026-2028).

Thanks to all stakeholders who took part in the process including TATCO Uganda staff, Community leaders, HURIC team led by our Board member Mr. Bukenya Denis and in a special way our strategic sponsors #GlobalFundforChildren for the financial support and guidance towards this process.

On 31st January, 2026, we were able to launch to the public our strategic plan and ready to start implementing activities as planned. For our plan to get successfully implemented in areas of Mukono and Buikwe District, it requires more partnerships and support from like mind organisations, individuals and all entities for change.
