About Us
THE ANDTEX TRAINING AND CARE ORGANISATION (TATCO) Uganda is a Community Based Organization founded in 2013 by TWO community members i.e KATO Andrew and NABBANJA Deziranta in Njeru – Buikwe district following disturbing observations of precarious situation of the people and the environment they live in the remote areas of Buikwe with the neighboring districts of Mukono and Wakiso in Uganda.
We design and implement activities tailored at community transformation mainly for children growth and development through Education and Nutrition, Training youth in Vocational Skills, Women empowerment through advocacy, business training and Livelihood support projects, Care and support to the Elderly persons, Climate and environment care and conservation programs which all address challenges and support the under privileged communities.
TATCO Uganda aspires to improve the living conditions of the poor and the marginalized by adopting the above strategies through community participation, trainings and continued sensitization.
