TATCO Uganda staff went through a training and capacity building organized by TATCO and facilitated by
Mr. Richard Obedi
in 3 areas of
Project Research, Grant/Project Proposal writing and Fundraising Strategies.
The training was carried out at one of our school center in Kireka and completed on 16th April, 2023
This program aimed at developing the capacity of the staff to carry out their organisation and community development duties as desired hence Organisation Development.
Thanks for the support from the
Global Fund for children
with their assessment program which led us to implementing some activities in the organisation. Their financial support towards our Organisation development. Because of them we are able to organise and get all materials and facilitators on board to take us through the training.
