Following Business Management and Financial Literacy training in 2024, community women received credit to start groundnut processing, poultry and pig rearing, grocery, retail and vegetable-farming businesses.
These women continue to receive periodic monitoring and mentoring from TATCO Uganda field officers to support the growth and sustainability of their enterprises.
Thank you to Haella Foundation for the financial support that has helped a number of women move out of the stone quarries into sustainable income-generating work. This is a continuing program to support women in Mukono and Buikwe District.
